Payment - (Artistry Candies accepts only the following forms of payment: Cash, Credit Card, or PayPal. 

Any change must be submitted by email no later than 3 days prior to scheduled delivery/pickup date. All changes are subject to price increases and availability. There will be no changes to the design with less than 3 days from scheduled date.

Cancellation requests are accepted no more than 2 hours after making order.  Buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe.

 Refunds are at the sole discretion of Artistry Candies and the following scenarios are the only instances in which Artistry Candies would consider a full or partial refund. Refunds are made by check or PayPal credit within 10 days of refund approval. (No Cash Refunds)

*Failure by Artistry Candies to deliver your candies on the date of your original contracted event. On scheduled deliveries, if delivery is made 2hrs late or less for the agreed upon time Artistry Candies will NOT provide a refund.

*If at time of delivery/pick up the candies do not meet your expectations and you do not accept the sweets, Artistry Candies will refund the order amount minus a 25% handling/cancellation fee.

*If you report a serious problem with flavor and/or texture immediately and the product is returned the same day of delivery/pick up or latest next day.  Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Artistry Candies.

If Artistry Candies agrees to a full refund at the time of delivery/pick, you cannot keep the candies and Artistry Candies will not be responsible for any additional expenses that the customer may incur as a result of not accepting the candies and a maximum liability of the value of the candy order in questions.

Artistry Candies takes great pride in the detail and quality if its products, for that reason Artistry Candies does not offer any discounts. Sizes, flavors, textures and designs are subjective and Artistry Candies will do everything in their power to exceed your expectations. Please note that colors and design of the actual candy may vary slightly from the hand drawing, computer image due to the nature of digital and edible components.

Understand that an outdoor environment is less suitable for candies and may expose the candies to insects, damage, or debris. Artistry Candies cannot be held liable for damage on a candy that is displayed outdoors since natural outdoor conditions such as heat, wind, or humidity can weaken or ruin the infrastructure and/or decorations on our candies.
